Review content:
Christian Brothers Automotive-Grand Prairie quoted me $200 to do a four wheel alignment on my car. I brought my car in as it would drift excessively to the right when traveling on a flat road. After the alignment was completed, the tech test drove the car and found it to still be drifting to the right. The tech reported that there were no abnormally worn steering components and claimed that a 'radial drift' may be present in one of the front tires. About an hour after leaving CBA-GP, I had my front wheels/tires rebalanced (no change), the front wheels and tired had their positions switched (no change), finally, I had both tires replaced under warranty (no change). My car is nothing special and does not require exotic tools to work on. At this point, I am convinced that Christian Brothers Automotive did absolutely nothing to my car and faked the alignment test by altering the tire pressures on my car while it was on the rack to make it look like they did some changes.
