I am a memebr of a Homeowners assoc. that contracted with Chris Parisi And Parisi Paving to do road repairs to a private lane. The problem occured when Parisi Paving removed a section of the road and did not replace with asphalt or gravel. The hole that was left behind caused damage to my vehicle. When Mr. Parisi was contacted and I asked if he would participate in the repars he said he would look into the matter and return my call. i waited almost 2 weeks with no call. When I contacted him I was told I ignored all warnign signs and was driving too fast. I explained how that would be impossible because the damage occured immediately after a 90 degree turn in the road. At that point he became beligerant and short and told me to have a nice day. I was not asking for much but I was given nothing. Not even an I am sorry your car was damaged.
