Review content:
If I could give no stars I would. After a car accident in which a women came into my lane and hit me while I was driving straight in my year old car, the police called them to tow my car from the accident scene. The damage to my car was to the front passenger side only. When I arrived the next day to their tow yard to release my vehicle I noticed a huge dent in the rear bumper on the drivers side. As soon as I noticed the damage, the guy said, "It wasn't us". I never even asked if it was him. Talk about a guilty conscious. Well the other parties insurance company won't pay for it to get fixed because they said it wasn't accident related, but guess who had to foot the bill. Damage to the bumper was $508. I paid a $500 deductible to get it fixed. Talk about adding insult to injury. They practice some shady business over there. For a company that supposedly makes $500,000 to a mil a year, what's $500 out of their expenses to be respectful and do the right thing. If my insurance company can not retrieve the money back, I'll be pressing charges and suing in small claims court. Not to mention sprending the word around about how awful these people are as well as putting in a phone call the Balimore County Police to persuade them to not call this company if they have a choice after an accident for towing services.
