My husband and I went to Rosita's for dinner last night to try a new place. It was not busy... less than half of the tables were occupied. We were seated immediately. And then the wait began. It was as if we were invisible! We waited for over 20 minutes and were NEVER asked if we so much even wanted water, much less chips and salsa! We walked out. And, as we were walking out, we saw at least 4-5 waitstaff just milling around, so I know they were not shorthanded that night. What's really bad, is that they had absolutely NO concern that we just left! Maybe the food is good? We weren't willing to wait for hours just to find out. NO STARS FOR ROSITA'S in my opinion! We went back to our tried, true and trusted place practically down the street... LAS DELICIOUS... yum!
