Review content:
I met Dr. Bozart on my last visit....truly enjoyed meeting him. Thanked him for the service that he provides allowing patients to make payments, a rare thing that does not usually take place with dentists. He was great with my treatment. On the downside....I ended up sitting with a tray of mold in my mouth that was suppose to sit for only 5 minutes but it ended up staying in my mouth for about 15 minutes. It made the saliva flow and I was drooling like I have never drooled before. I had to hold the paper napkin around my mouth to catch all the saliva and it was soaked after the long enduring 15 minutes. I was hoping there would have been a buzzer (like they have at hospitals) to get some attention back to me. The young lady that assisted me apologized profusely who stated she thought someone else was taking care of me and it really isn't a big deal, just wondered what I should have done to get some attention back to myself. I was afraid to move with the mold in my mouth and the saliva running like a waterfall. All in all, that is really a little thing. I enjoy all that work at Dr. Bozart's Dentistry and thank you for your service. Sonja D. Termote 910-777-3370
