Review content:
The office itself is very nice and very welcoming, and the front office staff are attentive. The hygienist I had (Ashley) was also nice and informative concerning maintenance of my dental care. Also, she was gentle, which is a plus. Not happy with the doctor I had. I was a new patient, and he clearly did not realize this, which probably meant that he only glanced at my chart prior to his encounter. Additionally, when he walked into the exam room, he began talking to the hygienist about his yorkie "pissing all over the floor" in his home. Verbatim. Which I found somewhat off-putting. Didn't introduce himself, so I'm not sure if I had Dr. Bozart or Dr. Ball. As a physician myself, I would have expected a little more professionalism on the dentist's part, regardless as to whether or not I was a new or an established patient. Don't talk about animals "pissing" all over your floor. I'll try this place one more time, but if the dentists do the same thing, i.e. failing to acknowledge that: 1) I'm a new patient, and he's never met me before, and therefore didn't take any kind of history, and 2) Talking about "pissing all over the floor" with a patient in the exam room, I'll likely change providers. Unfortunate to say the least, as I've heard so many good things about this place.
