Should be 5 stars but must have had a miscommunication about when insurance year started and ended with my wife, Carol's, claim. First appt went well and insurance paid thier share but was charged for 2nd visit, I'm guessing because insurance monies ran dry. If 2nd visit was scheduled just a couple of weeks later the new insurance year started on June 1st and would have paid the claim. Mistakes happen, we should have been a little more on top of it since it we are new patients. We just need to check with billing to see if this is the case. Anyway, staff is great. Each member of my family had a different dentist see us and they were all teriffic. Very little wait time. My visit was great. Need 2 crowns and Dr Bozarts office is more then willing to work with us.The hygentist who cleaned my teeth was fantastic. My son, sister and niece will see Bozart family denistry very soon on our recomendation. All things considered you won't find a better place to go.
