The things that I LOVE about Bill Estes is... they have hours that a regular working person can use!!! You can drop your car off in the morning and they'll drive you to work. They have another option, they're open
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday Closed
The service advisors are very friendly and if they can't answer your question, they'll find someone who can.
They also have women advisors and mechanics, so they recognize that men aren't ALWAYS the car owners!!
I've gone there many times and they've always taken my complaints seriously. This is something new to me...
They also do little things to make your wait more pleasurable, like provide high speed internet and flat screen television to view while you wait. They also provide coffee and little snacks.
On top of incredible customer service, they do awesome work!!
