My husband and I have been buying and selling houses for about 11 years and used Hughey realty several times. This agency never went out of their way to help us, in any way. The lackluster personality of the agent we used was really off-putting. He doesn't seem to enjoy what he's doing at all. I feel that most people use this agency only because it's the only agency in Vicksburg. It can't be because of the results. I have seen so many of Hughey realty's houses sit for a LONG time with no sale. Most people seem to end up relisting with another agent. Much of this is because they list their houses at too high a price. We didn't realize what a realtor was supposed to be until we started using Team Bradfield at Remax Advantage- a 100% improvement!
