Perfect for the Christian who wants to get in shape.
All the workout equipment you have come to expect with a Christian atmosphere. There are large scriptures posted everywhere and for those who prefer it this is agreat place to work out or take fitness classes. The location is good. Right off of 200 which is a busy thouroughfare, so running errends before or after a workout is an option.
