After purchasing our wedding rings from this particular Zales, I cannot recommend others to use this location. When we went in to order them, the man who helped us was very knowledgable, polite, and generally reflected very well on the store. He is part of the reason we decided to buy from them. Then they had to order both rings, even though one of the rings was the correct one in the correct size. When they came in, one ring was incorrect and had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer. At this point the wedding was approaching and we were getting nervous that we wouldn't have our rings. I called a few days before we had to leave and they said that the rings were in. They hadn't even bothered to call us in days!! Aside from all that, one ring was being engraved and two different people told us two different days it would be done and when we went it on the latter day, it still wasn't done. I think there is a lack of communication between employees in this store and apparently, a manager is only available during certain days between 9 am and 5 pm (which if you work is impossible to get down to the store to talk to him). Other Zales locations have been great, so I would suggest steering clear of this particular one and checking out their other locations.
