After my husband died, I needed a new roof. I looked in the yellow pages. I called the first five roofers. Only 2 called me back. K.L. Smith phoned me back that very same day. (The other roofer called me back about 5 days later.) Not only did K.L. Smith phone me that day; but, he came to my house bright and early the next morning to give me an estimate. I did wait to get the other estimate before I made my decision. Both roofing companies' prices were in the same ballpark. Maybe, K.L. Smith's was a tad bit more. However, I chose K.L. Smith because he showed me by his actions he would be there for me. ||[]The year we had all the hurricanes, I had 3 eyes pass over my house--not a drop of water managed to make it inside my home. I know that is because of the excellent work K.L. Smith did. I heard horror stories from other people in my area. They took advantage of "too good to believe" prices and their roofs did not hold up. I recommend K.L. Smith Roofing to all my friends who need help with their roofs. I highly recommend him to you too!!!!!!
