Review content:
I had a bad hair experience of which would keep me from going there for any hair service. I went in to get a hair cut & specifically explained what I wanted & asked several times not to cut too short. I came out with hardly any hair!! Not only was the cut very short compared to what I had asked but it was texturized to the point that It could only stand straight out!!! I could not work with my hair for 2 weeks. I missed going to an event because I could not deal with my too-short hair. They did offer a free consultation with another hair stylist but at that point I did not wish to go back. Hair cannot be put back on!!! When I called to get an appointment I asked how much a cut would be. I was quoted one price but ended up being charged $20.00 more than first quoted. This was not a pleasant experience at all, I am sorry to say.
