I have been coming to you all for about a year and for the most part I am pretty happy. I was disappointed however with the service just prior to the holiday. While the color came out and I really like it, I felt like I had to fight for the color I wanted. I indicated that I wanted to keep as much length as possible and to let my hair grow out a bit and this tranlated minimal trim and NO shape. Lastly, dispite the money I spent on the service and the products, my points were not added to my purchase card / account. I will come back hoping this was a fluke.
