Review content:
John Rankin is simply the best. This was my first time purchasing a house and John not only watched out for MY best interests but generally cared for me as well. When my closing got delayed by 4 hrs John had to rewrite all the contracts with a separate clause. He not only did this on his own time, but we were able to close that day and he did not charge anything extra. I would definitely give him a call.
