Review content:
Although this facility is on probation by the State of Florida, It makes me wonder how they ever keep their doors open. When called shortly after 4pm, no one at the facility had a clue as to what their business office hours are. Not even the Charge Nurse. And furthermore, I was told that the people in charge of billing as well as the administrator come and go as they please and do not keep strict hours. Go figure!?! We continue to receive a bill for an account that they have already acknowledged is paid in full. The only bright spot in the place is their physical rehab department and God help them if that one guy leaves...
