I came here on a Friday and there were quite a few people. Gentlemen approached and asked if I needed help. I simply responded no just looking. I walked around for 15 minutes saw a used Fusion I was interested in asked the same guy for help (super embarrassing, but I do not recall his name, even though he told me at least twice). Test drove the car, and after a healthy negotiation I went home to think it over. I came back Saturday morning and signed the paperwork. They were not pushy and gave me the space I asked for, of coarse they tried to get me to buy the car on Friday more than once, but I do understand it is their job. I had my own financing, they did half a point better and I am happy camper.
