Mr. MacLellan is an outstanding attorney. He has taken care of several matters for me over the years, as well as matters for numerous others whom I have referred. I have found him to be amiable, professional, fastidious, reasonable and successful with my cases. A teriffic attorney and a wonderful human being. He tells it like it is and will not mislead anyone when he knows that the have no case.
I happened across a totally unfounded and malicious complaint by an individual on this site and was shocked and dismayed by the disparaging and, by my own experience, inaccurate and possibly libelous claims and comments he made. I feel strongly about this having had many years of experience and many dealings with Mr. MacLellan.
I submit that the poster may possibly harbor misplaced ill will toward Mr. MacLellan and may likely have exhibited those traits, including perfidious vindictiveness. That prior post is a most fallacious claim.
Mr. MacLellan is highly regarded in the business community, a true professional: personable, amicable, experienced, talented and beyond reproach. The fact that no evidence whatsoever has been submitted indicating followup by Mitchell clearly indicates that he apparently has no valid case or claim to impugne Mr. MacLellan in any way.
I have known Mr. MacLellan for 40 years and have been delighted with his work. I have lived in Bend, Oregon for the last 20 years of that, and still seek Mr. MacLellan's council as needed and within the limits as prescribed by law.
