Terrible experience. We received a voucher from a friend but the service received was average. The robes were too short. The men's change room had, first, no robes and (when we had to go back mid service due to service being a wrap then massage), there were no towels in men's change room and nothing to stop hair getting wet (shower hat or something) in the womens change room. They also did a weird "candle lighting ceremony" before the service started to "set the mood". My husband and I nearly burst into laughter at this and it's the first time I've ever heard of this in a spa. Service was very average - I've had a a better massage/experience at my chiropracter's office even 'though they don't have the spa additions (robes, etc). I would not return to this spa given how many lovely spas there are in Seattle that truly make people feel pampered and give a true escape (Pro Club, Avida Wellness, Nordstrom downtown, Gene Juarez, just to name a few). Having uncomfortable robes, average thereapists and no towels/robes when changing is just not what you expect of a Westin hotel (even if the spa and hotel aren't associated as I later found out) it's in the Westin so you expect Westin quality. The Truce Spa in the Bellevue Westin is letting down the Westin name/experience - BADLY!
