Review content:
I have been waiting to try out the Mussel Pot for a short time now and the opportunity presented itself when my hubby and I discovered a Groupon...we were happy since after looking at the menu it was a bit pricey.  We were thrilled as we got nearer to using the Groupon. I arrived yesterday at the Mussel Pot at 8:15pm, told the hostess who I was and that I was waiting for my hubby to come...I ordered a glass of wine from the bartender, she was sweet and pleasing...kept me entertain while I waited another 10 minutes for my hubby to arrive...so he arrives at 8:25pm and we were seated at 8:28pm.  We sat all the way in the back (outdoor garden) of the restaurant; it was pretty busy but the waiters still manage to replenish our water.  The next moment the waitress comes over, introduces herself, ask if we had a voucher, we were both taken aback since you heard terrible stories of the mussel pot not accepting vouchers, so we were happy when she looked over the voucher and was like ok, look over the menu and pick our entrees, sides and desert.  We received our orders after 25 minutes…not bad…for the place was awesome. I was well lit, not so dim and not so bright. The background music was relaxing and the volume was just right. Most of all the food was excellent very satisfying. I love it. I think my hubby enjoyed more than me. I will be glad to go back here.
