Review content:
Terrible customer service While recently shopping for a new motorcycle, we stopped at the Ephrata Cycle store. We waited for several sales people to finish their personal conversation before even greeting us. Once they found out what model we wanted (based on our research on the Internet, etc) they tried to "up sell" us to a more expensive motorcycle. Since we already knew what we wanted, we asked for that specific bike. The model was out of stock and the sales guy acted like it would be a huge bother to put one on order for us; he really intended on selling us the more expensive bike on the show floor. We left feeling like no one there cared about our selection, only cared about selling "the bike of the day" to get it off their show floor. We went to another dealer who was happy to order the model we wanted!
