My husband got me a coat for Christmas and I wore it only a couple times. It was a white one and I got a little dirt on it so I followed the directions and put it in the washer only to find it in shreds, Each seam had pulled out. I mean the arms , the back.. every seam. I called and was told sorry.. because he didn't have the tags they couldn't help me I would have took a in store credit.. what happened to customer being happy to keep business?
