I wish I lived closer to Williamsburg as I would use Eagle Eye as my "go to auto repair" place. My car broke down while in Williamsburg and was towed to Eagle Eye. They checked it out and said it was a dead battery and jumped the car. I had to leave the car in Williamsburg because it broke down after hours, on a weekend. I traveled down a week later to get my car and the battery was dead again. It turned out that the AAA battery I had replaced 7 months ago had a dead cell. They replaced my battery, gave me a discount because it was dead again and sent me on my way. I was even asked to call the shop to let them know I made it home (2 hours away) safe and sound. I did! Very impressed with their service. They had lots of Thank You's also on display in the waiting room. I wish we had a company like Eagle Eye here locally so I knew when I had a car repair, I wouldn't get ripped off and was dealing with an ethical company. Should I break down again in Williamsburg, I will visit again...lol.
