DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!
I contracted this "company's" services for what should have been a pleasant birthday party ride to San Francisco. As it was raining two weekends ago, I did what any sane person would looking to enjoy a fun night out. I cancelled services. Well what a mistake that was. Not only did the company take the deposit, which I figured was fair for them to do; I was informed that since I did not cancel TWO weeks in advance I was going to be charged 50% of the total cost.
To be clear, I ordered services on January 19th to be performed on January 22nd 2012.
How could I compress time to give a two week notice within two days. I foolishly thought 24 hour notice by both phone and email would suffice, well again silly me.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE AT ALL IN ANY DOUBT. And assuming most of us do not control the universe, Booking with MGM Limo is a BAD BET!!!!!
