Review content:
I've belonged to five gyms over the years and this one is by far the very WORSE!!! The equipment was sticky & dirty. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. The staff never cleaned it nor did the people using it. Me and my friends began taking our own sanitizing wipes for OUR safety. No one seemed to know how to show the proper way of using the equipment. I found the staff immature, rude and uncaring about helping. It's not well lit, the layout isn't good, it's not conducive for working out safely, my friends and I hated the pool. We went into the water aerobics class and the water was never the right temperature...too cold or too hot. I almost passed out once. There's a "Women's Center" in the back and my girlfriend tried to use it several times, but hardly anyone is ever using it and there is NO trainer in there....she said she had to try and figure out how to turn on the 'stereo' to give instructions like "move to next station"...it's supposed to be like Curves. She tried other classes...floor aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, etc...and it was the same in all of them....I only tried the Zumba. They don't care if you're new, you're just supposed to keep up. I thought the instructors were not experienced enough to even be conducting the classes. We just didn't have a good experience there at all AND we were afraid we'd get sick because of the uncleanliness of everything. Then when we all decided we'd had enough, we gave sufficient notice (45 days) to cancel or membership, it took months and they gave excuse after excuse and kept charging us the monthly fee. We finally had to cancel our credit cards and get new ones to get the payments to stop. This is NOT a good gym. DO NOT join here if you really want to work out in a fun, clean, knowledgeable, friendly, experienced, etc. staff AND if you value your health!! Personally, I think they are just there to get the money and don't care about anything else....like EXCUSE ME!!!....this is SUPPOSED to be a gym. I would RUN if I were you and DO NOT join this gym.
