I've only ever had good service from Bicycle Wheelers. I've had to walk my bike in twice for tire repairs or tube replacements, and they always greet me nicely. Even though I feel stupid for walking my bike in off the street. But what they told me is that 90% of their business is people walking their bikes in for tube repairs! So don't feel bad if you have to do it too--you're contributing to the bulk of their business.
Prices for products and services are reasonable, they've got bikes at competitive prices, and they're locally owned.
