I would like to express my most sincere appreciation for the work that was done at my home yesterday. The gentleman arrived precisely at the schedule time and right away impressed me with his attention to detail and determination to ensure my utmost satisfaction with his work. He introduced himself and I am sorry for not catching his name but I was most delighted with his dedication to performing a very thorough job and his sincere drive to exceed my expectations regarding his work. It is refreshing and delightful to see someone demonstrate such a high level of professionalism and dedication to performing a job so well. The pride he shows in his work is apparent and I am very pleased and grateful for the tremendous job that was accomplished.
