Review content:
I was at this hospital's ER on 10/06/2011 and I must say I was very underwhelmed by the lack of concern and attention being paid to the patients along with the inability to provide information in a timely fashion. The nurses / caregivers all seemed to be on break as they stood in a huddle of 8 looking at pictures on a digital camera of a nurse who had just returned from vacation for approximately twenty minutes. However, they kept peeking behind the curtain to see if I was sitting on the bed of the patient.
The next day we were given a follow up appointment in an office of at least 100 ppl in the waiting area. We decided to leave as the front desk person told us the wait to see the dr for our appointment would be at least three hours.
We decided to request our medical records from teh B building as instructed so we could find a better hospital and were informed that the medical records had not yet been entered into the system because the ER staff hadn't gotten around to it and to check back in three weeks. I feel that if they actually worked while at work opposed to sharing pics on company time that maybe this important information could;ve been updated into the system.
If you have an option in hospitals, please stay away from this one as their priorities are not first.
