Review content:
I do 95% of my banking at the Seymour branch. They are so nice in there, more than willing to help you in any way they can.
They've always got a smile for you, and they definitly give the personal touch with their service.
Its nice to see the same faces at the drive thru when you go and they know you by name and genuinely seem to care about you.
The other branches in Sevierville couldn't be bothered. You are not important to them (at least apparently I am not). There are no personal touches, nor do they act like they are glad you are there. The loan officers are the same way, act like they don't want to be bothered with me. Maybe they need to realize without their customers they wouldn't have jobs.
Maybe I expect too much, like a smile when I visit, call me by name, thank me for coming in and being a customer.
Oh well, just know that they are not all like that, the ladies at the Seymour Sevier County Bank are the best and I really appreciate the quality service I receive from them.
