Review content:
I needed several outfits for my daughter's wedding and as a non-Indian, I needed all the help I could get. While employees in other stores in the area were pushy and disdainful, Usha, the owner of this little store, was incredibly nice to me and my daughters. She made suggestions, let us try on countless outfits and was never pushy or over-bearing. I bought seven outfits plus a kurta pajama for my husband. We all received numerous compliments from the Indian ladies (and gentlemen) attending the ceremonies. Many asked where I had gotten such beautiful clothes and I recommended Libaas wholeheartedly. While the store is small and not organized (by American standards), Usha and her employee know every inch of inventory and are terrific at matching customers with the right outfit. Alterations are not a problem and you can have your sari converted to an "automatic sari" for a fee. Although there are many, many clothing stores on this street in Iselin, whenever I need something beautiful to wear, I head straight for Libaas. Don't pass this little gem of a shop by!
