Review content:
My family stayed here on our first trip to WDW, and we never stopped smiling the entire time. The authenticity of this place was unmatched. I had been to the French Quarter of New Orleans and felt like I was there as soon as I arrived. The staff were amazing, and one great thing about this resort in comparison to other WDW resorts is that they take you on a golf cart with your luggage to your room. The resort has also been recently upgraded in the last year. One drawback is the bus service, and having to share it with the Riverside section of the resort, but being able to take a boat ride down the river to Downtown Disney makes up for any inconveniences.
