Review content:
The service provided was excellent; however the lack of a lounge area took away from my relaxation experience. The massage provided by Cheryl was wonderful and very relaxing and the facial by Marina was one of the best facials I’ve ever received. However after the massage was completed I had to put my clothing back on to go and sit in a very uncomfortable chair in an uninviting waiting room until it was time for my facial. It would have been nice to have been given a robe and sit in a lounge area where I could stretch my legs and relax and enjoy the aftermath of the great massage I had just received, but instead I struggled to stay awake in an uncomfortable seat. So I am conflicted about returning because I love the services provided by the the very friendly staff but I do enjoy a spa where I can lounge and relax with a cold beverage. Also Quynn the nail tech was very good and the front desk staff was very friendly.
