This is a full servcie gym for those who are looking for a little bit of everything. Its a very large facility and it is co-ed. They have a babysitting room wher the kids can be safe and happy. They have personal trainers and training available. The7y have kick boxing classes and aerobic classes. They have added a ladies circuit and they have free weights. They also do spinning classes. They are open 7 days a week, early morning and late evenings.
