Review content:
I lost my Kaenon sunglasses, and asked that Seal Beach Eyes help me use my Tax Saving Account in replacing them. They were totally uncooperative and cold. I have been a long time Seal Beach Eye patient, and have great regard for Dr. Hill. I live nearly 50 miles away from Seal Beach Eyes, and willingly made the long drive due to previous high satisfaction. Due to my last encounter, I will not be going back to Seal Beach Eyes, and will reflect my poor experience with customer service on YELP and other business rating sites. Loyalty is a two-way street...Seal Beach Eyes obviously does not value their patients' loyalty. I found a new eye center 4 miles from my home, and they are proving to have all the customer service skills that Seal Beach Eye Center lacks!
