My stylist is Tracy. I love her work. I have naturally curly hair. Tracy does a great job w/ the color, cut, and style that is very complimentary. She is very good about explaining techniques to style my hair, as well as guiding me towards the best products for my hair. Recently, I went in and Carly was very helpful with product advisement and gift set recommendations. My Pure privilege points were not showing in the system & Carly worked to remedy the problem.
