For some reason I am not a woman who LOVES going to the "beauty shop". I have tried many and found some over-priced for what you get, some too difficult to get in during an "EMERGENCY", and some where I felt like a number, and the stylist did not spend much time or spent way too much time. I have short hair and need it styled more often then long hair, so that makes $$$ a consideration, also. This salon provides a very pleasant experience for what I usually consider a mundane "errand" at other salons. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist on arrival and provided a choice of coffee or tea, served in a REAL cup. My stylist listened to my request and offered choices. I also received a complimentary hand massage and upon check out was given a small sample size Aveda face lotion. The prices for services are good and I was pleased with the haircut and experience. A stylist can make your haircut look great when you walk out the door; but if it is not a GOOD haircut you won't be able to get the same results when you try to duplicate it the next day. I got a good cut!
