Jon was friendly, very patient and informative on the phone. He listened closely to everything I had to say. And unheard of these days: I was immediately taken care of when I arrived for my appointment, and they were spot on with everything that was wrong with my car. I should know, I was a Master mechanic for almost 20 years, and had my own Auto Repair Shop for over a decade!
