I've gone to Stephanie for over a year now and she is amazing! I've had long hair, short hair, permed hair...anything and she can do it perfectly! The quality of the salon is more like a spa. They always offer me coffee while I wait and are genuinely nice! Tip: arrive a little bit too early and instead of making you wait longer, the care staff will give you hand/scalp massages while they shampoo your hair! I've never had a negative experience. This type of customer service feels like it should cost much more than it really does!
