My experience was good and the gal who colored,cut and styled my hair (in place of the owner and my hairdresser) did a fine job-My concern is the new system in place for my salon. One person will color, one person will wash, one person will blow out and my hairdresser for three years will cut. There are medical ressons for this, but I don't know if I want four or more people involved in the process. My hairdreser is the designer and now there's a team. I pay him over $200.00 for a reason- I'm not comfortable with this right now. How many people do you tip? Who has the expertise- personalizing is kind of lost in this arrangement. Oh, well- this is just one opinion- I drive an hour to these appointments- I don't mean to sound ugly but isn't this a lot of people involved-
