My husband has always struggled with his weight and while I've always been supportive, when he first mentioned the zone diet, i had my doubts. it has been about 60 days and he has lost 25 pounds, and looks great. needless to say I'm not complaining and am really impressed by everything that zone healthy has to offer. what's funny is that we end up spending about the same amount of money with Zone Healthy as we do eating less healthy food that would make him look as well as feel worse. it has really made a difference and suggest other husbands or wives to consider doing something like this for there spouse for Christmas perhaps. thought I'd share
