Each support staff member and Dr. Terry did everything they could to ease the visit my five year old son had. From beginning to end he was spoken to as a patient and how he was doing and just refering to me the mother for gaguing his comfort level. Although it takes a while for numbing medication to work to do the actual procedure my son was kept focused on the goal at hand. The language that Dr. Terry and his staff used not only simplified the technical description of what he was going to go through but also made it fun.
