I am new to Dr. Lorio's office and my last dentist experience was not the best so I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was on so many levels. Great customer service from the front office to the hygienists! Dr. Lorio is very knowledgeable thorough and fair. He clearly explains everything to me and what my options are. I felt more like a person than a patient. I also liked the fact that any out of pocket expenses were discussed up front so there were no surprise charges or bills ? something that happened a lot at my last office. He is very gentle, works quickly but meticulously and the work I have seen so far has been flawless. Since I am involved in a lot of committees and volunteer event based events in the Wilsonville community it is geat to know my dentist is also a supporter of many local events. Just a another plus to the great work, fair prices and excellent customer service. I am extremely happy that my family switched!
