I'm not sure about the other reviews. It seems that many are quick to post a negative experience, but not as quick to post a wonderful one. So here I am. First of all, it's Dr. Pattberg (not patterson as one stated, so I question the accuracy of the rest of that story). We found everyone to be quite lovely. In fact... I'd say the last thing they cared about was money. They actually talked us out of hundreds of dollars worth of diagnostic testing which was not needed as our dog recovered nicely with the suggested treatments.
Our other dog had to have emergency surgery over Christmas. Dr. Pattberg called us twice daily throughout the holidays. this was amazing. We will never go anywhere else.
