Review content:
This is a good landlord but for graduate students who prefer to live alone, they don't have many offers. They have some major buildings in Champaign campus but graduate students tend to avoid from leaving there. This is to avoid from noises resulted by the party culture around campus. In Urbana, they don't have many 1-bedroom available and usually they are booked in very early stage.
