Review content:
I give credit when credit is due, especially when it's exceptionally good service. And I rarely try to say negative things unless the service is exceptionally bad. Not only did I pay for an hour massage and only receive 45 minutes maximum, those 45 minutes were, at best, mediocre. The therapist's version of a massage was like getting suntan lotion rubbed into your skin. No actual muscle massage whatsoever. I see this place has got 2 great reviews for facials, which is too bad, because I will never darken Tommy Z's door again, so I'll never know.......can I give less than a 1 star rating??
