I have used Half Price Movers twice now. Hiring movers is definitely money well spent. The staff is prompt about returning my calls. The crew are professional and courteous and they do not lollygag around. First they moved me from a little house to a third-floor apartment with NO ELEVATOR. They lugged all my stuff up all those stairs with no damage to even my flimsy Ikea furniture. Last week they moved me again out of that apartment into a 2 story house. There was a little ding in one of my cheapy Ikea dressers, and Mike pointed it out right away. No biggie. They show up on time, do their thing, and next thing you know, you're all moved. Both times they were done in about 3 hours. Worth every penny.
