the view is as beautiful as the weather and you can kick back with your girlfriends without being harassed! however, it is totally la scene, so be ready to stand in line and be cut in line by self-important people who are trying to get upstairs in five minutes while you've been standing there for 20...but once you're in, the liquor's free flowing and the music's good.
note: guys, come in PAIRS only or solo...it'll get you in faster. girls, you get in faster just because :)
