The space is hip and retro-cool. The skyline of downtown around you looks more like a movie set than real life. The furniture is funky and the waterbeds are always taken. Had no trouble getting in the week I was in town, but I was there on a Monday, Tuesday and then Wednesday (really, there's nothing else downtown). The drinks are rather pricey and depending on which bartender makes it, can be sublime to sucky. They didn't even tell me that no Kurant was behind the bar when I ordered my Metropolitan, and I got some sort of murky, but yummy, Cosmo as my drink. The one night we had food, service was spotty (waitress disappearing for 15 minutes at a time on an uncrowded and small rooftop). The (very small) guacamole dip stood out as a must-order-again. Yeah, I'd come back until something else cool opens downtown... Pros: nowhere else to go Cons: uneven bartending, uneven service
