Horrible! We paid for hardwood and they installed laminate. Owner and salesman were horrible and basically admitted they screwed us over and there was not a thing we could do. They told a friend who went there that they sell and install moldy and damaged floor. Might explain why my son and I have been sick since they installed the floor (we are both allergic to mold). Am now having the floor ripped out and replaced. While getting new floors, ran into four other people who had been screwed over by the same store! If you want rude salespeople, a mean owner, to pay for premium floor and get cheap and dangerous flooring, this is the place for you. Oh, their own installer, who did do a nice job, told us that they were screwing us over!
