We awoke to the sound of a rat that had fallen down into the wall void from the attic. I called Redi-National and they had someone there to inspect within a couple hours. Turns out that we had quite a large infestation up there, so we decided to do a full clean out. To my amazement, 4 guys came a few hours later and did all the work that day. It was expensive, but the guys were very professional and did an awesome job (especially their leader, "Red"). They sealed up all the holes, removed all the old insulation, vacuumed up all the feces (which took hours), and put in new, higher R-value insulation. We've done a few check-ups and it seems to have worked. I would recommend them, especially if you need something done quickly, but if you have time, you might want to get some other bids, as I suspect they are on the expensive side.
